Q1 Report 2013
In Q1 we initiated a major strategic review which resulted in a turnaround plan that will involve several major changes to our business model, which are described in detail in the CEO’s statement. In summary we are decentralising decision making and aligning the remuneration paid to employees directly involved in plantation management with the profitability of the plantation management centres, which are the main source of revenue and profits for the Group.
